How much does new flooring cost?
It depends on the product and the size of the area, which is why every quote starts with a free on-site measure. What we can promise is that the written quote covers supply, removal of the old floor and installation — there are no extras added later.
How long will the job take?
Most homes are done in a day or two. A single room is usually half a day. Commercial fit-outs are scheduled around your trading hours so your doors stay open.
Do you take the old carpet away?
Yes. Old carpet, underlay and all offcuts are pulled up and taken away as part of the job, and we sweep the floor before we leave.
Can you fix a damaged plank instead of replacing the floor?
Very often, yes. We’ve repaired chips and dents without swapping boards out at all, which saves a lot of money. Send a photo through and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.
Do you move the furniture?
We do, and we take care doing it. If there’s anything especially heavy or fragile, mention it when we measure so we can plan for it.
