Morayfield is where Adaptive Flooring is based, so it is the suburb we know best. The housing runs from the 1990s and 2000s brick-and-tile homes through the middle of the suburb out to the newer estates — four bedrooms, open-plan living, and almost always the same brief: hard floor through the living areas, carpet in the bedrooms.
Being local matters more than it sounds. Small jobs are worth doing because there is no travel to absorb, a forgotten trim or a follow-up is a short drive, and if something is not right we are back the same week rather than the next month.
