Family homes on family timelines — flooring laid across Narangba with the furniture moved, the old floor taken away and the job finished when we said it would be.
Narangba filled out through the 2000s, so most of what we see is slab-on-ground with open-plan living and three or four bedrooms. The floors going in now are the second set — the original builder-grade carpet and tile has done its twenty years and people are moving to hybrid or loose lay through the living zone with fresh carpet in the bedrooms.
It is also where one of our reviews comes from: a Narangba hard-floor job laid before Christmas, on time, from ripping out the old carpet through to the finish. Timing is usually the thing families care about most, and it is the thing that turns up in nearly every review we have had.
