Griffin is largely new build, which brings a particular set of jobs: upgrading out of a builder's flooring allowance before handover, finishing a room that was left out of the contract, or laying the lot after settlement so the house is done properly from day one.
If you are still in the build, bring us the plan and the allowance figure. We will price the whole house against it so the upgrade is a single clear number rather than a surprise at variation stage.
