A lot of people are told the only fix is a new floor. Very often that is not true. We have taken five decent dints out of a laminate floor a week before a hand-over and had it read as new, at a fraction of what replacement would have cost.
Narangba filled out through the 2000s, so most of what we see is slab-on-ground with open-plan living and three or four bedrooms. The floors going in now are the second set — the original builder-grade carpet and tile has done its twenty years and people are moving to hybrid or loose lay through the living zone with fresh carpet in the bedrooms.
